  • Select Statements
  • Select Email Statement Delivery
  • Key in preferred password or default password

  • Dial 1300 88 6688
  • Choose Language
  • Press 0 (To Speak to Call Centre Agent)
  • Call Centre Agent to confirmation caller identity
  • Upon successful verification, call centre agent to sign up for email statement

  • Visit any Maybank branch
  • Complete the EBS application form
  • Staff will depart to sign up for email statement
